  • Trenoir designs all products. Manufacturing and shipping are handled by our print partners Gelato and Printify.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you accept these terms.

  • We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee exact colors, sizes, or finishes due to variations in manufacturing and printing.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is processed securely via Shopify-approved gateways (e.g., Razorpay).

  • Orders will only be fulfilled once payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Products are printed and shipped by Gelato or Printify.

  • Estimated delivery times depend on the product and your location.

  • Trenoir is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the print partner or courier service.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Please review our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information on eligibility, claims, and processing.

  • All claims must comply with the criteria specified in that policy.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, logos, and content on Trenoir are owned by us or licensed from partners.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content from the store without our express permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Trenoir is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store.

  • Our maximum liability for defective or incorrect products is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
