Trenoir – Return & Refund Policy

At Trenoir, we design all products, and our manufacturing and shipping are handled by our trusted print partners, Gelato and Printify. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Return Eligibility Criteria

You may request a return or refund if your product meets all of the following conditions:

  1. The product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed.

  2. You report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

  3. You provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.


Non-Eligible Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Incorrect size, color, or design selection made by the customer

  • Normal wear, usage, or shipping delays


Refunds & Replacements

  • Once your claim is approved by our print partners, we will issue a full refund or replacement within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be returned via the original payment method used during purchase.


Shipping Responsibility

  • For defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by Trenoir.

  • For items that do not meet eligibility criteria, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.


How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund:

  1. Contact us at trenoir77@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos showing the defect or error

  2. Our team will review your request and communicate the next steps.


Additional Notes

  • All products are custom-made; therefore, returns for change of mind are not accepted.

  • We strongly encourage checking all customization options before placing an order.

  • By placing an order with Trenoir, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
