At Trenoir, we design all products, and our manufacturing and shipping are handled by our trusted print partners, Gelato and Printify. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Return Eligibility Criteria
You may request a return or refund if your product meets all of the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed.

You report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

You provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
Non-Eligible Items
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

Change of mind or personal preference

Incorrect size, color, or design selection made by the customer

Normal wear, usage, or shipping delays
Refunds & Replacements

Once your claim is approved by our print partners, we will issue a full refund or replacement within 7–14 business days.

Refunds will be returned via the original payment method used during purchase.
Shipping Responsibility

For defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by Trenoir.

For items that do not meet eligibility criteria, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
